You can use any filling in these vetkoekies – jam, chicken mayo, marmite, cheese, mince, steak / pie fillings – anything! A winner if served with soup, too!
Make the below dough and use a table spoon and deepfry in medium heat oil for a few minutes until fluffy and brown – the vetkoekies may even turn themselves in the oil.
