OLD TRADITIONAL PIZZA SAUCE – FROM Italy – Normal Kitchen

MAINS: Tomato * Tamatie

A cousin once invited us for Pizzas and has this recipe from a newspaper in Italy. This slowly cooked authentic sauce can be used in lasagne, spaghetti dishes … and everywhere.

I didn’t use the parmesan cheese ….. and you can use fresh finely blended tomatoes, too.
