Caprese Chicken
- Ingredients: Chicken breasts, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze.
- Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in the Varoma dish.
- Add 500 ml water to the Thermomix bowl, position Varoma, and steam for 25 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 1.
- Remove Varoma, top chicken with mozzarella and tomatoes, and bake in oven until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil.
Lemon Herb Salmon
- Ingredients: Salmon fillets, lemon, garlic, olive oil, dill.
- Instructions:
- Add garlic to the Thermomix bowl, chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice, mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.
- Place salmon fillets in the Varoma tray, brush with the mixture.
- Add 500 ml water to the Thermomix bowl, position Varoma, and steam for 20 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 1.

- Ingredients: Bell peppers, ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, shredded cheese.
- Instructions:
- Add ground beef to the Thermomix bowl, cook for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature on reverse speed soft.
- Add cooked rice and tomato sauce, mix for 20 seconds on reverse speed 3.
- Stuff bell peppers with the mixture, place in Varoma.

- Add chicken thighs, marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

- Ingredients: Ground beef, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, shredded cheese.
