TINNED FOOD – BLIKKIES KOS

1. Tuna en Groente Pastei
Bestanddele
- 2 blikkies tuna, gedreineer
- 1 blik ertjies en wortels
- 1 blik sampioene, gesny
- 1 blik room van sampioensop
- 1 pakkie pasteideeg
- Sout en peper na smaak
Metode
- Voorverhit jou oond tot 180°C.
- Meng die tuna, ertjies en wortels, sampioene, en room van sampioensop in ‘n groot bak.
