Steps:

  1. Chop garlic and onion for 5 seconds at speed 5.
  2. Add olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
  3. Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C, reverse, speed 1.
  4. Add rice and chicken stock, cook for 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
  5. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, stir and serve.

2. Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 20g olive oil, 400g minced beef, 400g chopped tomatoes, 50g tomato paste, 500g water, 250g spaghetti

Steps:

  1. Chop vegetables for 5 seconds at speed 5.
  2. Add olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
  3. Add minced beef and cook for 7 minutes at 120°C, reverse, spoon speed.
  4. Add tomatoes, paste, water, and spaghetti. Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
