Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 20g olive oil, 300g chicken breast (cubed), 200g rice, 800g chicken stock, 100g cream, salt and pepper
Steps:
- Chop garlic and onion for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Add olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C, reverse, speed 1.
- Add rice and chicken stock, cook for 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
- Add cream, season with salt and pepper, stir and serve.
2. Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 20g olive oil, 400g minced beef, 400g chopped tomatoes, 50g tomato paste, 500g water, 250g spaghetti
Steps:
- Chop vegetables for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Add olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add minced beef and cook for 7 minutes at 120°C, reverse, spoon speed.
- Add tomatoes, paste, water, and spaghetti. Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
3. Thai Green Curry
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon green curry paste, 20g olive oil, 400g chicken thighs, 1 can coconut milk, 200g vegetables, salt
Steps:
- Chop onion and garlic for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Add curry paste and oil, sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes at 120°C, reverse, speed 1.
- Add coconut milk and vegetables, cook for 15 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
4. Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 20g olive oil, 400g beef strips, 200g mushrooms, 100g cream, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper
Steps:
- Chop onion and garlic for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Sauté with oil for 5 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add beef and mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes at 120°C, reverse, spoon speed.
- Add cream and mustard, cook for 5 minutes at 90°C, reverse, spoon speed.
5. Lentil Dahl
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 20g oil, 200g red lentils, 600g water, 1 can coconut milk, salt

- Add spices and oil, sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.

6. Chilli Con Carne
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 20g oil, 400g minced beef, 1 can kidney beans, 400g tomatoes, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, salt
Steps:
- Chop onion and garlic for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Sauté with oil for 5 minutes at 120°C, speed 1.
- Add beef and spices, cook for 7 minutes at 120°C, reverse, spoon speed.
- Add beans and tomatoes, cook for 20 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
7. Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, 20g butter, 400g chicken, 300g pasta, 700g milk, 100g cream, 50g Parmesan, salt and pepper
Steps:
- Chop garlic for 5 seconds at speed 5.
- Melt butter for 2 minutes at 100°C, speed 1.
- Add chicken, cook for 5 minutes at 120°C, reverse, speed 1.
- Add pasta and milk, cook for 15 minutes at 100°C, reverse, spoon speed.
- Add cream and cheese, stir and serve.
8. Tuna Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 20g oil, 1 can tuna, 300g pasta, 500g milk, 50g cheese, 1 teaspoon mustard

1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 carrots, 1 courgette, 200g potatoes, 20g oil, 600g vegetable stock, herbs, salt
